Leilighet nr 13. er på 100 m² og ligger også i 2. etasje av bygget som huser 10, 11, 12 og 14. 4 soverom, bod, eksklusivt bad. Inngang fra terreng via 38 m² sørvendt veranda med stor utegrill. (Deles med L12) Parkett i stue og gang. Stor natursteinpeis. Romslig altan der en kan nyte minst det samme som man kan i leilighet 12 (Altanen er felles med L12, men finnes en lettvegg som kan dele altanen)
Vi kan trekke frem det ene og det andre superaltivet i omtalen av denne leiligheten, men vi nøyer oss med å si at her er det VELDIG koselig. Enda mer koselig blir det om dere er en stor gjeng, og også leier L12. L13 og L12 deler nemlig både 2 verandaer (hvorav den ene er innebygget – ingen fare om det skulle svinge en liten høst- eller snøstorm forbi, med andre ord) og balkong. Ellers har leiligheten selvsagt alle “dei faste postane” som, tv, oppvaskmaskin og så videre, og så videre. Hjertelig velkommen skal dere være!
