More maintenance, more upgrades

We are keeping busy even in the low season. H8 has a new heat pump and fridge. H2 has new living-room and kitchen floors; H3 has a new entrance floor. H1, H2, H3 and L12 have splashbacks above the kitchen worktops for easier cleaning. We have also replaced some boards on the quay and installed guide lights along its whole length.
